Shipping Information
How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order? To find out the total cost of your order,
simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order,
including the cost of the shipping.
How much do you charge for shipping? We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped.
Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable!
Who do you use to ship? We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize USPS.
We usually ship within 48 hours but delivery period will vary with destination and the shipping method you choose. We will ship from Monday through Friday.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within two business days, If an out of stock or back-order situation arises,
we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
If you purchase jewelry that are custom made or are out of stock you agree to wait the 14-30 days it takes to make most products.
Can my purchases be dropshipped? Yes, we will dropship your order at no additional charge.
We do require a written agreement, via mail or fax, in which you agree to allow us to charge your credit card (if appropriate)
and ship the order to a different address. We do not include an invoice in the package and we will put "point of origin" as the shipper.
We keep our identity confidential for your protection. We do not dropship orders outside of the United States.

Returns and Refunds We pride ourselves in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner.
Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies

after the ship date to request a return or full refund minus shipping if you are not satisfied with our merchandises for any reason.
(Item must be in its original condition new and unused with all its features that came with the item.)

we cannot accept returns on, unless we were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:

How to return: Please contact us
immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the
instructions for returning the product. We will reimburse you for the return shipping. |
